I finally really needed my drivers license and rushed to complete the test but failed the first time. Most of those hours were spent in a driving school car and I probably paid 400+ for all the in car lessons. I'm 21 (almost 22) and felt the exact same way as you.
The people that made the bad reviews may have just had a bad instructor. In total I probably spent 30-40 hours driving over the course of 4 years. I passed my test and was very happy about it. I was pleasantly surprised to see how professional the whole experience was. Our driving instructors are all patient, friendly and highly trained and are certified by NJMVC. All of our vehicles are industry standard and meet all New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (NJMVC) requirements. Our fleet consists of 7 automobiles, 20 tractor trailers, 5 Straight trucks, 4 large buses class B, 1 Bus Class C, 1 School Bus and 2 Forklifts.
